On April 7, Blinken said he was âpleased to announceâ the reinstatement of tens of millions of dollars in aid to the West Bank and Gaza and of some $150 million to support the U.N. Relief and Works Agency (UNRWA). âAll assistance will be provided consistent with U.S. law,â Blinken added.
