Deadline Approaching For Tenants To Move Out Of Vista Shadow Mountain The deadline is approaching for tenants at Vista Shadow Mountain Apartment complex to move out after the Tulsa Fire Department says the conditions are so bad, no one should live there.  The deadline is Wednesday, July 21. Carolyn Geltz moved out today says she never imagined she would be 60 years old and having to live out of a hotel room, she says the people who live at the complex feel hopeless and neglected.  I m just terrified, I m having a constant panic attack because I don t know where I m going to live, she said.
