Jim Strelec A Trigg County resident shared his concerns with magistrates Monday evening about what he called “a lack of deputies” at the sheriff’s office. During the regular meeting of Trigg County Fiscal Court, Jim Strelec took a few minutes to express concerns about the time it took the department to answer recent calls for service. In his comments, Strelec shared a few examples of instances within the last few months when he or his neighbors needed a deputy, but it took the department two or more hours to respond to the call.
