Michigan small businesses impacted by COVID-19 can apply for grants starting December 15
LANSING, Mich. Small businesses in Michigan who have been impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic can apply for grants starting December 15.
The grants of up to $15,000 through the Pure Michigan Small Business Relief Initiative will be awarded on a “first-in” basis.
Businesses can apply for the grants beginning December 15 at 9 a.m. EST.
The program is intended to help Michigan businesses like restaurants, bars, lodging providers, live event venues, movie theaters, conference and meeting facilities, indoor recreation facilities, gyms and fitness centers.
Grants may be used for working capital to support payroll expenses, rent, mortgage payments or utility expenses, according to the state.
