UHRICHSVILLE The case against a man who allegedly shot his brother in the back will go to the Tuscarawas County Grand Jury.
Dresden E. Korns, 24, is charged with attempted murder and felonious assault in connection with the shooting that occurred Friday afternoon in Oxford Township.
He waived his right to a preliminary hearing Thursday morning in the Southern District of Tuscarawas County Court in Uhrichsville.
