Late Tuesday night a 46-year-old woman in Brunswick was struck and suffered a gunshot while inside her home off of Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd. Police say her home had come under fire twice that night.
The woman told police that a window and vehicle in the front yard were struck by bullets around 7:30 p.m. Responding police found several shell casings at the scene.
The woman called police again at around 11:30 p.m. to report that she was shot while inside her home, police reported. After securing the scene and rendering aid to the woman, police again found several shell casings at the scene.
