Police arrested Jesus Torres, 18, Dickinson, on suspicion of tampering with physical evidence. Torres allegedly assisted in discarding a fireman that was used in the fatal shooting of 15-year-old Jose A. Morales, who died from a gunshot wound at a residence early Saturday morning, March 13. A wanted fugitive was tracked down late Monday evening by Dickinson Police officers at a hotel in north Dickinson and arrested following a tip from an alert citizen.
