Neighbors say children were inside Cape Coral home during armed home invasion Published: January 15, 2021 4:31 PM EST Recommended Investigators continue to search for four armed, masked individuals Friday who reportedly broke into a home, caused harm to someone inside and stole a bunch of cash before getting away. Thursday, Cape Coral Police Department responded to an armed robbery at a home on Embers Parkway in the city. Neighbors say there were children at the home during the crime. Police detectives and forensics crews worked the scene for 17 hours after the violent break-in that happened around 1:30 a.m. on Embers Pkwy. near Burnt Store Road.

The second occurred at 2:22 p.m. at the branch located at 3693 Santa Barbara Blvd., in the Berkshire Commons shopping plaza. He was wearing all black clothing, a black hat, and what appeared to be a black bandana around his face.
