Fairmont State announces new Vice President of Academic Affairs and Provost
FAIRMONT After engaging in a national search in seeking a Vice President of Academic Affairs and Provost, Fairmont State University is proud to welcome West Virginia native, Dr. Dianna Phillips to the Falcon Family. Phillips will begin her tenure at Fairmont State on Monday, April 26.
“We are beyond proud to welcome Dr. Phillips back to her roots in West Virginia and into our Falcon Family,” said Mirta M. Jose and Mary Louise “Kitty” Menendez were married in 1964.
Jose was a businessman whose family migrated from Cuba to Illinois after the Fidel Castro uprising happened.
