Adorable ducklings were saved from a drain after a boy on his paper round discovered them trapped. While delivering the papers, the boy heard some distressed mallard duckling chirping from the drain they had fallen into. The boys mum called South Essex Wildlife Hospital and staff member Joe quickly arrived to save the ducklings from the drain. Credit: South Essex Wildlife Hospital The mum of the ducks was nowhere to be seen so the ducklings have now joined the ever growing flock of orphans at the hospital. Baby badgers were also recently brought into the hospital after being found in a back garden.
