Police charge man over service station armed robbery last month at Nowra
A man has been charged over an alleged armed robbery at a service station in Nowra last month.
About 11.10pm on Friday 28 May 2021, a man entered a service station on Kalandar Street, East Nowra, with a 23-year-old woman.
A scuffle broke out at the rear of the premises, where it will be alleged the man stole the woman’s handbag, before kicking her.
A 23-year-old man who was inside the service station then intervened, before the other man allegedly swung a 40cm machete at him and demanded his bag.
Police are appealing for information after a man was stabbed on the state's South Coast overnight. About 9pm yesterday (Sunday 30 May 2021), emergency.
Police have located a man and a young boy missing on the South Coast.
The man, aged 26, and his brother, aged nine, were last seen at Sanctuary Point, about 2.30pm today (Tuesday 5 May 2021).
Officers from South Coast Police District were notified and, following inquiries and assistance from the public, found the pair safe and well at about 9pm.
