Lottery officials say the winning ticket was sold at Palmetto Food on B. Byrnes Drive in Saint Stephen.
According to lottery officials, the winning ticket matched all five numbers drawn for the $100,000 top prize, but because the ticket holder âPowered-Upâ the top prize was doubled to $200,000.
