The Village of Pacific Highlands Ranch has signed on two new tenants with Five Oceans Fish Market and Papaya Pet Care.
Five Oceans, a local, family-owned and operated premium fish market, is anticipated to open in June, taking the place of The Baked Bear which closed during the pandemic.
Five Oceans will offer responsibly-sourced, fresh fish from around the world, available whole, off-the-knife, and sashimi-grade to prepare at home or enjoy on its outdoor patio. They also plan to have oysters on the half shell, mussels, clams and, when in season, local lobster and spiny prawns. In addition to daily seafood specials, Five Oceans plans to hold weekend brunch and weekly happy hours with craft beers and boutique wines.

Chef Chi Hang Ngai, also known as Chef Ken, is finally opening up his own proper restaurant in San Francisco.
Ngai has worked at Sushi Ran in Sausalito for 10 years and more recently spent five years at Kusakabe, both jobs under chef Mitsunori Kusakabe, before striking out on his own with his new restaurant, Ken, on Divisadero.
It hasn t been a straight route to opening, however. Right after I told my chef that I decided to open my restaurant, [it was] not even a week and then the city, everything just shut down, Ngai said of his decision to strike out on his own in the spring of 2020.
South Korean Exchanges Create More Offline Space As Crypto Users Increase

Following the increase in domestic interest for crypto assets, some top crypto exchanges in South Korea are reopening their offline customer centers.
Bithumb and Coinone have opened their centers, and some others are planning to do the same soon.
As one of the largest cryptocurrency exchanges in South Korea, Coinone started operating the center back in 2017. But it was closed as the company chose to focus on other more demanding business activities at the time. However, Coinone reopened the center to handle the massive influx of crypto customers that need crypto-based services.
As for her profile photo, the actress then chose a candid black and white snap with her IG handle @boyoung0212 official. This was also reposted by her agency, BH Entertainment. With just hours since her IG debut, Park Bo Young s Instagram reached 15,800 followers and counting.
