The ANC has been slapped with a High Court summons to repay more than R3.6 million it received from corruption-accused company Bosasa in the run-up to the 2014 national elections.  The party, which has been beset by reports over its precarious financial position, has just days to file a notice with the South Gauteng High Court in Johannesburg to indicate whether it will defend the legal action and once filed, will have 20 days to file responding papers.
