Non-residents face Bristol City Council meetings ban New rules will allow only people who live inside Bristol s boundaries and business owners to speak 13:36, 25 MAY 2021 Updated Bristol City Hall (Image: Copyright Unknown) Residents who live just outside Bristol are set to be banned from speaking at full council meetings – even if they work or spend most of their time there and consider themselves Bristolians.
