Al Mohler: Don t give the satanic too much, too little attention

Cerny Theologian Al Mohler has cautioned Christians against giving too much or too little attention to the “occultic, the demonic, the satanic,” emphasizing that the devil achieves victory by either being “made too important or by being ignored.” On Monday’s episode of The Briefing, Mohler, president of The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary, examined an article published at Vox that investigates the societal fear of the occult that has impacted the United States and other parts of the world for decades.

Cancel culture is attacking Christian Colleges and Universities

JD: This week an article written by Al Mohler caught our attention because it deals with how the cancel culture could endanger Christian institutions of higher learning. DJ: Al Mohler is the President of Southern Baptist Theological Seminary in Louisville, Kentucky. We Are Able to Save Ourselves : Sen Raphael Warnock Tweets Heresy for Jesus Resurrection Day

04-05-2021 Democratic candidate for the U.S. Senate, Raphael Warnock (AP Photo/Brynn Anderson) On Easter Sunday, Sen. Raphael Warnock (D-Ga.), a pastor at a prominent Atlanta church, sent out what some quickly condemned as a heretical message. The senior pastor of New Ebenezer Baptist Church tweeted (and later deleted) the “meaning of Easter” far surpasses the resurrection of Jesus Christ, the cornerstone of the Christian faith. At the center of Christianity is Jesus’ death, burial, and resurrection. In His death, the Son of God became the substitutionary atonement for humanity, bearing the weight of our sins the judgment of God for us. Three days later, in His resurrection, Jesus overcame sin and death, granting those who accept salvation unrestrained access to God.
