One dead, one seriously injured in two-vehicle crash in Butte County July 3, 2021 BELLE FOURCHE, S.D. There was a two-vehicle crash on U.S. Highway 85 Friday afternoon that left one person dead and another seriously injured. A total of three people were involved, two on a 2006 Harley Davidson trike and one driving a 2005 Chevrolet Malibu. The names of the three people involved are not yet being released pending notification of family members. Preliminary information indicates that the Harley Davidson trike was northbound on U.S. Highway 85 when it was struck by the eastbound Chevrolet Malibu as the car attempted to cross the highway.
