When vaccination rates began to stall this month, governors and mayors around the country vowed to “get creative” and find ways to inspire the hesitant to sign up for a jab. Ohio set up a lottery game to tempt people into getting the vaccine and New York and Maryland soon copied them. Some of the largest employers in the country including Walmart teamed up with state governments to offer cash bonuses to employees who proved that they’ve taken the dose. But in its own unique fashion, Las Vegas has taken its game to a new level. They’ve set up a vaccination pod in a strip club. How this incentivizes the customers to agree to take a needle in the arm isn’t really clear, but they’re definitely generating some headlines. (Associated Press)
A Strip Club Opens Pop Up Clinic And Offers Free Dances To Visitors
A strip club in Las Vegas is offering free dances to people who show up to their pop-up vaccine clinic to get the jab.
One Friday evening, the club decided to open a pop-up vaccination clinic for its customers to drop by and protect themselves.
Currently in the United States there’s been more than 33.1 million confirmed cases of Covid-19 and more than 130 million people are fully vaccinated.
Furthermore, the Hustler Club in the U.S thought that offering a free dance would be a fun way to encourage more people to get the shot.

The Washoe County School Board did not make any changes to its mask policy, which now allows those under 10 to go without a mask and mandates it for everyone else, including students and staff who are fully vaccinated.
It was a brief discussion and the board discussed possibly allowing staff to wear a face shield if vaccinated, but there were concerns that shields are not as effective and that there is no way to know who is vaccinated.
A few board members made comments that to change things now wasn t a good idea after the feedback from the quick decision by the Superintendent Kristen McNeill last week to remove the mask mandate for the district s youngest students.
