Published December 23, 2020, 4:27 PM DAVAO CITY – A man jumped out from his vehicle after it started to burn along Carlos P. Garcia Highway in front of the Robinson Highland in Buhangin District on December 22, Tuesday evening. Police Chief Master Sergeant (PCMS) Cristita Lopez reported the incident at Buhangin Police Station around 10:10 p.m. She identified the victim as Vince Ryan Galamgam of Robinson Highland. Initial investigation revealed that the vehicle was driven by the victim when it accidentally burned. The victim sustained injuries before he was able jump out from his vehicle. The mobile 92 manned by Pat Diomedes De Gracia immediately brought the victim to Southern Philippines Medical Center (SPMC) for medical treatment.
