Crashes, heavy traffic and delays are being reported on roads of Devon and Cornwall this afternoon.
There are reports of a crash on the A38 at South Brent in Devon, between the A385 and the Rattery Turn Off, Buckfastleigh.
Roads and traffic monitoring service Inrix reports: Reports suggest the car has crossed over the central reservation barrier. Police are on the way to investigate.
Another crash has been reported on the A38 at The Parkway in Plymouth.
Inrix reports: A38 The Parkway Westbound partially blocked, slow traffic due to accident from B3413 Forder Valley Road (Forder Valley Interchange) to A386 Outland Road (Manadon Roundabout).

There is slow moving traffic and heavy congestion on the roads throughout Devon and Cornwall this afternoon - caused by crashes, broken down vehicles and roadworks.
Traffic monitoring website Inrix issued a series of alerts for some of the busiest roads in both counties, including the A30, A38, A39, A376 and several others.
Exmouth Road in Exton is partially blocked this afternoon, due to a broken down van near the petrol station, where police are directing traffic, according to Inrix.
