San Miguel Corporation also reconstructed three major bridges along the alignment of Skyway 3 – the 40-meter San Juan Bridge, the 24-meter Concordia Bridge in Paco, Manila, and the 56.76-meter Sevilla Bridge in Mandaluyong City. These bridges had become unsafe for motorists due to old age.

Such locations offer more affordable properties and land development opportunities. These hotspots are expected to grow in demand further in 2021 as home buyers continue to look for less crowded residences with wide, open spaces. Moreover, the new normal of remote work allows people to move outside the central business districts in the metro.
