‘Hit Refresh’ in South Bend this spring By: Maura Johnson Photo courtesy: South Bend Venues Parks & Arts SOUTH BEND, Ind. – Spring has sprung, and South Bend Venues Parks & Arts invites you to get out and enjoy it! South Bend VPA, in partnership with Downtown South Bend, Inc., is introducing a new campaign called “Hit Refresh,” which highlights several outdoor events in the community throughout April and May. Included in the campaign is the Studebaker Plaza in downtown South Bend, which will be open seven days a week as an outdoor dining and entertainment space. Features like yard games, photo ops, fire pits, music, and more will shower the plaza in spring entertainment.
