Anand Deverakonda to play a government teacher Updated Mar 1, 2021, 6:15 am IST Actor Anand Deverakonda to headline a comic thriller directed by Damodar’s film  Actor Anand Deverakonda Post the success of the 2020-action–comedy Middle Class Melodies, Anand Deverakonda is eyeing realistic roles that are easier for his audiences to connect to.  Now, in his forthcoming film under director Damodar Attada, Anand will be seen in the role of a government school teacher. Saanve Megghana and Geeth Saini will be the female leads in the film. “It’s an edgy film based on how middle class people look at marriage and life after marriage,” explains director Damodar, adding that the film has an interesting take on marriages. “But there’s much humour blended subconsciously with the thriller elements of the story.”
