Clear Channel to offer $1 billion in bonds due 2028 Clear Channel Outdoor Holdings Inc. said Monday it is planning to offer $1 billion of senior notes due 2028 in private offering. Proceeds will be used along with cash on hand to redeem $940 million aggregate principal amount of its 9.25% senior notes that mature in 2024. Clear Channel shares were up 1.5% premarket, but are down 27% in the last 12 months, while the S&P 500 has gained 15%.
