DELAWARE COUNTY, Oklahoma -
Two men who are suspected of murder are back in custody, according to Cherokee Nation officials.
James Buzzard and Dakota Buzzard were arrested around 2 a.m., officials said in a social media post.
The two men were released from jail in Delaware County on March 26.
The Sheriff s Department previously said they never wanted to let the men out, and a breakdown in communication is being blamed for the release.
The Cherokee Nation said it was informed of their release on March 27, and “The Cherokee Nation district court immediately issued warrants for their arrest.”
