DULUTH, Minn. – St. Scholastica’s Olivia Howe earned Third Team All-American honors from the National Fastpitch Coaches Association.
The junior becomes the fourth Saint in program history to earn All-American accolades, which includes head coach Rilee Dawson. This past season, Howe broke several program records, including hits, batting average and slugging percentage. And prior to the start of the NCAA tournament, she led the nation in RBIs.

LOUISVILLE, Ky. - - It was a day full of awards for the Ball State softball program, which saw three members of the squad earn National Fastpitch Coaches Association (NFCA) Division I All-Region accolades.
After a record-breaking season, junior standout Faith Hensley was named to the NFCA All-Great Lakes Region First Team. In addition, senior catcher Stacy Payton and freshman shortstop Kayla Lissy were named to the NFCA All-Great Lakes Region Second Team.
The 2021 NFCA All-Region awards honor softball student-athletes from the Association s 10 regions with first, second and third-team selections. NFCA member head coaches from each respective region voted on the teams, and all student-athletes now become eligible for the 2021 NFCA Division I All-America squads.
