More than 200 of Hillsborough Countyâs top high school seniors from 35 public and private schools accepted an invitation to share their accomplishments and take part in an essay contest through the 2021 R.F. âRedâ Pittman Tribune Scholars program. Maine South High School District 207 Board Honors Students for Extracurricular Activities
Three seniors were honored by the Maine Township High School District 207 Board of Education for achievement in extracurricular activities. The students honored were Ramy Atia from Maine East, Jenna Daube from Maine West and Niki Manolis from Maine South.

Ramy has taken a challenging schedule of courses during his time at Maine East in addition to volunteering at the Al-Azhar Islamic Foundation that is focused on bringing Islamic schools to Illinois in addition to helping younger students understand Islamic religion and culture.
In the area of extracurricular activities at Maine East, he has been a three-season athlete for three years which includes basketball, volleyball and soccer. He is a four-year varsity starter for soccer and has earned several recognitions for his prowess on the soccer field. He is a three-time CSL All Conference selection, two-time All-Sectional sel

JERSEY SHORE The Business and Professional Women’s Club Girl of the Month for May is Madison Jade Wall, daughter of Melissa and Matthew Wall of Jersey Shore.
Madison’s activities include the following: Prom Committee, National Honor Society, one year; Key Club, two years; Constitutional Convention, Yearbook, three years; Competitive Dance, FBLA, Homecoming Committee, Model UN, National English Honor Society, four years.
During her freshman year, Madison served as the Historian for the FBLA program.
Outside of school, Madison is a Dance Team Company Member, works at Phil-It-Up Drive In, and also works at Real Taste Taqueria.
