AB “Ignitis grupė” received the Letter of Expectations revised by the Ministry of Finance
AB “Ignitis grupė” (hereinafter – ‘Ignitis Group’ or ‘Company’) informs that on 17 February 2021 it received the Letter of Expectations (hereinafter – Letter) revised by the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Lithuania (hereinafter – Ministry of Finance), which owns 73.08% of the Company’s shares.
A need to revise the Letter arose after the change in the Government. The Company sees this action as positive because the Letter, in essence, approves the Company’s strategy. The expectations of the principal shareholder on the Company’s strategic directions remain consistent with the previous letters of expectations.

AB “Ignitis grupė” (hereinafter – Company) informs that its subsidiary AB “Energijos skirstymo operatorius” (hereinafter – ESO) on 9 February determined the tender ranking of the participants (hereinafter – Tenders) of the procurement of smart metering infrastructure (hereinafter – Procurement) and established that the participant with the most economically advantageous Tender is Sagemcom Energy & Telecom SAS (hereinafter – Successful Participant).
Final Tenders were provided by three participants (hereinafter – Participants). The ranking of Tenders was determined after evaluating them based on economically advantageous points:

The preliminary sales revenue of the Company s oil terminals for the January 2021 comprises EUR 2.4 million and is higher by EUR 0.4 million or by 20.0 % compared to January of 2020.
The preliminary sales revenue of the Company s Klaipeda LNG terminal for January 2021 comprises EUR 3.5 million (during the same month of 2020 - EUR 4.3 million). Klaipeda LNG terminal revenue from regulated activities consists of the regasification tariff fixed part (for booked annual capacities), variable part for amount of re-gasified LNG and reloading revenue. The level of Klaipeda LNG terminal revenue (for booked annual capacities) does not depend on regasification volume. Revenue is confirmed by the National Energy Regulatory Council (NERC) based on the approved methodology of State regulated prices in the natural gas sector and is calculated for the whole upcoming year.
