Qatar and US discuss efforts to combat terrorism  28 Jun 2021 - 8:20 The Peninsula Chairman of the National Counter-Terrorism Committee, Major General Engineer Abdul Aziz Abdullah Al Ansari, met yesterday with Principal Deputy Assistant Secretary of the US Department of the Treasury, H E Paul Ahern, who is visiting the country. They discussed ways to enhance efforts to combat terrorism and its means of financing and reduce its risks at all levels.
