Micheaux Film Festival Gives Creatives of Color a Platform to Shine
Co-Founders of the Micheaux Film Festival.
For the past two years, filmmakers and partners Courtney Branch and Noel Braham have been creating a space for creatives to flourish and be seen through the Micheaux Film Festival. In the third year, the founders will continue bringing out-of-the box creators into the spotlight from April 26th to May 2nd.
BlackEnterprise.com had a chance to sit down with Braham and Branch to talk about what they have been able to achieve over the years and how they’ve shifted in the midst of the times.

Brad Plant named Executive Director of Technology, ABC7 Chicago

According to Idler, Brad Plant s breadth of knowledge in broadcast technology and operations is formidable. His keen understanding of technology strategies and deployment, along with his strong leadership skills, make him the ideal person to continue ABC 7 s reputation as the leading station in Chicago for cutting-edge technology.
Prior to joining ABC 7, Plant served as the director of Technology and Operations for the NBCUniversal Owned Television Stations since 2016, a division of NBCUniversal that includes 42 businesses.
