The Director General, National Information Technology Development Agency, (NITDA) Mallam Kasifu Inuwa Abdullahi, says with the introduction of electric vehicles in the country, the nation is definitely advancing towards a vibrant economy.
Abdullahi made this remarks in Abuja, during the unveiling ceremony of the first Nigerian assembled Hyundai KONA Electric Vehicle, launched by National Automotive Design and Development Council (NADDC).
He averred that digital ecosystem is a sure way in creating value, wealth and prosperity, especially now that Nigeria is on its course to become one of the leading digital economies in the world.
For him, creating ecosystem is the only way to easily get value that will enable growth, wealth and prosperity.

Inuwa made the remark at the unveiling ceremony of the first Nigerian assembled Hyundai KONA Electric Vehicle, launched by the National Automotive Design and Development Council (NADDC) in Abuja. x
He said that creating an ecosystem was the only way to easily get the value that would enable growth, wealth and prosperity, citing the introduction of electric vehicles into the country, as a welcome development that would enable the nation to advance to a vibrant economy.

The Board of Trustee and Chairman, Coalition of Northern Groups, CNG, Nastura Ashir Shariff and its National Coordinator, Balarabe Rufai have been picked by men suspected to be security personnel this afternoon Thursday, February 04.
A statement from the CNG spokesman, Abdul-Azeez Suleiman could not give reasons for their arrest, stressing that, “We are still working to establish a connection with them or trace where they are taken to. Both their phone lines have been unreachable for the past two hours.”
The statement explained that their arrest may not be unconnected with a planned press briefing by the CNG at the NAF club Kaduna which was botched by the security.

The Federal Ministry of Communications and Digital Economy has reeled out the benefits Nigeria stands to gain from the National Digital Innovation and Entrepreneurship Centre.
The groundbreaking ceremony of the centre located in Abuja was held on Thursday, where the Minister of Communications and Digital Economy, Dr. Isa Pantami, hailed President Muhammadu Buhari for his support on the project and the approval of the building.
Pantami said the President approved the building of the centre on the 11th of November 2020 during the FEC meeting after he made a detailed presentation to the Council on the project and successfully answered around 22 questions in the robust debate that followed the presentation.
