A virtual walk brought real smiles, thanks to Cambrian College’s dental hygiene students.
Taking their annual Walk for a Smile fundraiser online this year, the students raised $3,132, which will be donated to the Cambrian College student food bank and the Sudbury Food Bank.

“I am very proud of the work our students have done to support this initiative during Oral Health Month and National Dental Hygienists Week,” Nancy Rose, a professor in the dental hygiene program, said in a release. “This annual event is one of the ways our program cultivates the value of advocating for vulnerable populations and the spirit of giving back to our community.”
