Tinubu hails emergence of Olu-designate, Emiko

The National Leader of the All Progressives Congress, Asiwaju Bola Tinubu, has congratulated the Itsekiri people over the announcement of a new Olu of Warri.
Tinubu, in a statement by his media office, expressed joy over the emergence of the Olu-designate, Prince Utieyinoritsetsola Emiko, describing it as well-deserved.
He also commiserated with the Itsekiri people over the passing of His Royal Majesty, Ogiame Ikenwoli, the 20th Olu of Warri Kingdom.
“I’m delighted over the announcement of the new Olu of Warri Kingdom, Prince Utieyinoritsetsola Emiko. His eventual emergence is a testament to the fact that he is indeed ordained to mount the throne of his forefathers.
The National Leader of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Bola Tinubu, on Thursday described the First Lady, Mrs Aisha Buhari, as a voice of conscience.
He also commended the President’s wife for her virtues of sincerity and courage, as well as her contributions to the development of the country.
Tinubu, a former governor of Lagos State, made the remarks at the public presentation of a book on the First Lady, titled “Aisha Buhari: Being Different,” held on Thursday at the State House in Abuja, the nation’s capital.
He narrated the activities of Mrs Buhari during the 2015 general elections, saying they were instrumental to the President’s eventual success at the polls.
The VP said he agreed with
President Muhammadu Buhari that his wife is a worthy partner and an inspiration for several good initiatives in Buhari’s government.
The VP said this during the public presentation of a book on the First Lady, titled “Aisha Buhari: Being Different,” which held at the State House Banquet Hall, Abuja, on Thursday, April 8, 2021.
According to Osinbajo, the book on the First Lady was not just an important addition to the literary canon on public life and Nigerian biographical history, it was a window into the credible efforts of the First Lady in empowering Nigerians.

The Office of the First Lady of Nigeria, in collaboration with Women and National Development (WAND), an NGO, will on Thursday, April 8, in Abuja stage a public presentation of a book entitled “Aisha Buhari Being Different“. x
A statement made available to newsmen by the Special Assistant to the First Lady on Media, Mr Aliyu Abdullahi, said the book was written by Dr Hajo Sani in honour of the First Lady, Hajia Aisha Muhammadu Buhari.
