Printing Process: Four colour CMYK double sided offscreen printing + UV coating on gradients Classroom Project at NID where we had to re-imagine a packaging for an existing product which involves a certain level of frustration at present when interacting with it. My chosen product was Lip-balms where we fail to utilize the end product and discard it as it s almost impossible to reach. This project was aimed as a solution, both for primary and secondary packaging and the product was SMOOTH! Each layer of the proposed packaging had one of the O s of SMOOTH. And the upper and lower body had the letters SM and TH. As you peeled layer after layer, from SMOOOOOOOOOTH it became SMTH with just the upper and lower bodied remaining. Which could be further utilized, thus giving it the tagline SMTHn is better than nothing.
