News that French pharma giant Sanofi will build a mega vaccine plant in Toronto ought to be welcome news. The $925-million facility will be able to make enough vaccines to protect the entire Canadian population within six months of future pandemics.
So what’s not to like about this? Perhaps a great deal. The devil, as always, lies in the details.
