The total doses under the tripartite scheme has now reached to 17 million doses, augmenting the country s vaccines amid the limited supply in the global market.

In addition, funding of vaccines to eligible persons through the National Immunisation Program and state-funded programs should be made available through community pharmacies to increase access and herd immunity.
