In the last week, as pub gardens, salons and other non-essential retailers have opened their doors, how have the district s coronavirus cases fared?
At the time of publishing, St Albans had 25 confirmed coronavirus cases between April 3 and April 9, up by just three cases compared to the previous week.
Per 100,000 people, there are 17 cases of coronavirus across St Albans, which is slightly up from last week, where 15 cases per 100,000 were recorded.
St Albans case rate sits in line with England s average area, where 18 cases per 100,000 were recorded. Last week, England s average was 28 per 100,000.
More than 160,000 over 50s in Bradford have had the Covid-19 vaccine so far THE latest data on the Covid-19 vaccination roll out in Bradford reveal that more than 85 per cent of over 50s have had at least one dose so far. Published by NHS England, the figures count every vaccine administered up to April 4, with 160,258 people in the district aged 50 and over – 86.5 per cent of Bradford’s over 50 population. For the over 60s, the figure now stands at 89.9 per cent, while for the whole population the figure is 225,402 – 48.5 per cent of the district’s adults. On Wednesday, buildings in the Bradford district and Craven were lit up blue to mark reaching 250,000 vaccinations; in the Bradford District & Craven CCG area the figure now stands at 255,883 getting their first dose, and 49,151 have had their second dose.

The government s pausing of new categories in the Covid vaccine rollout, has led to a halving of the number of jabs on the Isle of Wight last week. The latest data from NHS England shows between March 28 and April 4 only 5,779 doses were issued. Data recorded by the National Immunisation Management Service shows for the week before that, March 21 to 28, more than twice the vaccines were handed out (12,125). Earlier this month, it was announced the Island s vaccination centre in Newport, at the Riverside Centre, would put on hold vaccinations for those not on the Government s priority list until April 19.

Here s your weekly round up of how many residents in St Albans have received at least one dose of a coronavirus vaccine.
The Herts Ad has compiled the latest stats released by NHS England, which record the vaccination data by MSOA (Middle Layer Super Output Area).
The data, which is recorded on the National Immunisation Management Service (NIMS) database, is published each Thursday, and shows vaccinations of those living in St Albans district on a neighbourhood level.
