The S&P BSE Mid-Cap index was off 0.02%. The S&P BSE Small-Cap index was up 0.06%.
The market breadth, indicating the overall health of the market, is positive. On the BSE, 1022 shares rose and 729 shares fell. A total of 94 shares were unchanged.
