One of two Calgary men facing terrorism-related charges has had his case delayed more than a month so his new lawyer can review a “monstrous” amount of disclosure.
Defence counsel Rame Katrib appeared in Calgary provincial court Wednesday on behalf of Hussein Sobhe Borhot.

Katrib took over the file from previous lawyer John Phillips, who asked Judge Ken McLeod to remove him from the record.
The new lawyer asked the case be adjourned to Jan. 27 so he can begin to review material provided by the Crown.
