The body of a longtime professor of biological sciences at California State University Stanislaus was found last week in Yosemite National Park’s LeConte Falls, and park officials are asking anyone who may have seen him hiking last week to call investigators.
National Park Service officials said James Youngblom, 64, had been hiking alone from White Wolf up the Grand Canyon of the Tuolumne and to the Glen Aulin trailhead in Yosemite National Park last week. His body was discovered on June 25.
