‘Let’s Talk’ socks help nonprofit promote Mental Health Awareness

Springfield-based Mental Health Association hopes during Mental Health Awareness Month to encourage people to talk about the importance of addressing behavioral health issues with its Let s Talk socks.

SPRINGFIELD May is National Mental Health Awareness Month, something noted recently in a related White House Proclamation on efforts to expand access to behavioral health care for children and adults.
It is also the reason two pairs of socks, one with the words “Let’s Talk” and the other with the icon of a brain, have been designed for the Mental Health Association that serves Greater Springfield.
