Here s what fans will need to know before they go:
Road work
Gates open at 6 p.m. and the show is scheduled to begin at 7:30 p.m. With construction going on directly in front of the amphitheater, fans would be wise to arrive early. The road work is part of a $32 million project to widen, expand and beautify the west Tuscaloosa corridor of Jack Warner Parkway and Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard. Tuscaloosa police will be on hand to direct traffic and guide visitors around the venue.
Parking
The four-story intermodal facility parking deck will be open, at the corner of Seventh Street and 23rd Avenue. There will also be on-street public parking spaces throughout downtown Tuscaloosa. The amphitheater s website has more details about parking for Friday night s show.
