CLEVELAND, Ohio The National Weather Service Cleveland put out a hazardous weather outlook Friday, and Cuyahoga, Geauga, Lake, Lorain and Ashtabula counties could experience flooding as a result of rain.
NWS Cleveland meteorologist Kirk Lombardy said a low pressure system is moving through the area, and the precipitation began as a mix of snow, sleet and freezing rain in the morning. Lombardy said most of the area was receiving just rain after noon.
