Eddie Calisto-Tavares is starting a volunteer-run task force to ensure the province keeps to its word on implementing all 17 recommendations made by Lynn Stevenson in her investigation into the health crisis at Maples Long-Term Care Home.
Calisto-Tavares has been frustrated by the response of the province and Health and Seniors Minister Heather Stefanson to this point in setting timelines for implementation and the lack of individuals being held responsible.
