Heir to the Empire was one such step towards resurrecting the past. But now, it looks as though additional elements might pop up in the future.
The biggest movie towards acknowledging all of that lost history was perhaps the last film in the Skywalker Saga, which gave us a glimpse of some legendary Sith Lords of yore like Darth Revan. Apparently, though, Lucasfilm is taking things one step further. Indeed, the latest issue in the ongoing

PROLOGUE: COME ON, MAN, DON’T ARREST ME
APRIL 5, 2020 The dishes are washed. Cats fed. The trash taken out. We’ve pulled the bamboo blinds across the big sliding doors that look out across a cluster of palm trees and the lake and switched on some dim lighting. With a large bowl of popcorn, we are now sitting in one of our favorite spots in the world the big cream leather wraparound sofa that is the heart of our living room. To my left, Kaitlyn is huddled in a huge blanket (she is cold, as usual). On my lap sits a twenty-pound black cat (all the males in our household fall into the heavyweight category). We are not the most outgoing of people. We like to stay inside, happy in our own company, hanging out with our cats

Shadow and Bone includes all the classic touchpoints of a new juggernaut fantasy series: a coming-of-age narrator, an ominous place full of darkness and monsters, period costumes, and British accents. But the series also added a new ingredient it wants to make sure we’re aware of from the jump: racism!
“I live in East Ravka, but I’ve never been welcome here,” Alina (Jessie Mei Li) narrates barely thirty seconds into the first episode, “because I look like my mother, and she looked like the enemy.”

The prologue begins and ends on the day of WrestleMania 36, Sunday, April 5, 2020, but also covers the day of the WrestleMania 36 taping for McIntyre’s WWE Title win over Brock Lesnar, on Wednesday, March 25, 2020.
McIntyre revealed he and his wife Kaitlyn were stopped by police on his way home to watch the match with Lesnar, how his wife and other family members reacted to the win, what he remembered from the Lesnar match, when the title win actually felt real, and more.
Shadow and Bone. Netflix
Shadow and Bone is the latest Netflix fantasy series based on a successful set of novels. There s a lot to take in at least six main characters, people who can wield wind and shadow and light, a Chosen One who is prophesied to defeat a great wall of darkness, and charming rogues who are out for themselves. That may sound familiar, but there s enough here that s novel to make this series worth your consideration.
The audio was produced by Mallory Yu and edited by Jessica Reedy.
