A meeting of the Board of Directors of Persistent Systems Ltd is scheduled to be held on January 27, 2021 and will continue on January 28, 2021 and January 29, 2021, to consider the audited financial results of the company for the quarter and period ended December 31, 2020 and the audited financial results of the company and its subsidiaries for the quarter and period ended December 31, 2020.
The board will consider payment of Interim Dividend, if any, for the Financial Year 2020-21.
Further, the Board of Directors will consider the aforesaid business items on January 29, 2021.
