Dieppe, New Brunswick (Newsfile Corp. - January 12, 2021) - Colibri Resource Corporation (TSXV: CBI) ( Colibri or the Company ) is pleased to announce that the trenching program on the Evelyn Property has resumed following the holiday season with Company geologists and equipment having returned to the property on January 7. The trenching program was initiated in the fall of 2020 to follow-up geological mapping and sampling programs completed in 2019 and 2020.
To date, a total of 230 samples have been assayed from the trenching program. The trenches have been completed on-strike of selected high grade grab samples recovered during the previous field programs to explore for vein continuity under alluvial cover as well as to determine and confirm structural and vein orientations. Maritime Resources Corp. (TSXV: MAE) ( Maritime or the Company ) is pleased to announce a new gold discovery at the Hammerdown Gold Project ( Hammerdown ), located in the Baie Verte Mining District of Newfoundland and Labrador, Canada. This new discovery occurs along the favorable Hammerdown Deformation Zone between the current Hammerdown and Orion deposits and is open in all directions.
The Company has also completed a new high resolution, helicopter borne geophysical VTEM survey with Geotech Ltd. across the entire Green Bay land holding which hosts the Hammerdown Gold Project. The survey has identified several new targets including a large conductor between Hammerdown and Orion on the edge of where this new discovery was made.

The estimate for the Cerro de Oro Project, using a gold price of US$1,450/oz and a cut-off grade of 0.18 g/t, has an Inferred Mineral Resource of 48 million tonnes grading 0.41 g/t gold or 630,000 ounces of contained gold.
