PM Modi to be first to attend an Aligarh Muslim University event

December 17, 2020 Share Prime Minister Narendra Modi will be the chief guest at the centenary celebration of Aligarh Muslim University (AMU) on December 22 through video conferencing. Along with PM Modi, Union Education Minister Ramesh Pokhriyal Nishank will be accompanied for the event. This is the first time PM Modi will participate in an event at the Aligarh Muslim University. The event will be held online due to the coronavirus restrictions. The vice chancellor of AMU was very grateful to have the Prime Minister’s confirmation for the event.
