New Delhi [India], April 8 (ANI): Union Education Minister Ramesh Pokhriyal on Thursday chaired a high-level meeting on the implementation of the National Education Policy 2020 and released an implementation plan for school education called Students and Teachers Holistic Advancement through Quality Education (SARTHAQ) .
As per a statement, SARTHAQ, developed by the Department of School Education and Literacy, is an indicative and suggestive implementation plan for school education and was released as part of the celebrations leading to the AmritMahotsav on 75 years of India s independence. The plan keeps in mind the concurrent nature of education and adheres to the spirit of federalism. As lakhs of students across the country are preparing for upcoming CBSE Class 10, 12 Board Exams 2021, the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) on Friday warned miscreants not to circulate old notices to mislead CBSE Class 10, 12 Board students.
The notices which are going on social media and Whatsapp are claiming that CBSE would be conducting exams only for 29 main subjects from April 2020. The CBSE, however, made it clear that CBSE Class 10, 12 Board Exams 2021 are scheduled to begin from May 4 as per the datesheet and there are no changes in the plan so far.
