With the advent of the pandemic last year, much of the job training effort is being focused now on helping businesses, workers and communities recover.

Advanced Tool Inc. in Marcy and Northland Communications in Holland Patent were two of the 75 businesses and organizations awarded funding through the initiative. We re providing greater economic opportunity to New Yorkers and addressing the business needs of companies committed to growing here, and these awards will help companies across the state train workers in marketable skills that they can use to get good jobs and help move New York s economy forward,” said Gov.
